The rights of way network in Portsmouth connects people of all ages and abilities to recreation, history and culture and shopping areas.
There are over 100 footpaths across Portsmouth that are part of our network. By taking part in our Rights of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP) consultation you can help us to develop a clearly defined plan that supports a high quality, well maintained public rights of way network.
Your views will help us to decide what to focus on to further improve our vision to create a Rights of Way network in Portsmouth which meets the needs and expectations of residents and visitors.
The consultation will be open for 12 weeks from 15 November 2021 to 6 February 2022.
