Join FOOPA members on this special tour of this unique heritage building. Built in 1784, and home of the Portsea Beneficial Society and the Beneficial School, this grade ll* listed building remained a place of education until 1962. The school then became a youth training centre, before becoming the Groundlings Theatre in 2010.
This tour is an opportunity to be shown around this fascinating building by costume actors and discover for yourself its colourful history and ornate architecture.
The tour is on Thursday May 9, 2024 with the 1st tour starting at 12.00 noon and the 2nd tour at 13.00.
