FOOPA members are invited to the restarting of the chiming of the Cathedral Clock, Thursday, 16th January 2020.
From 7.00pm on that day, the chimes will once again gently sound over Old Portsmouth, striking the hour and chiming the quarters.
Join them at 6.45pm on the 16th January, in the Nave of the Cathedral, to mark the occasion. Tours of the Bell Tower will be available. A glass of wine or something softer will also be available in the Nave.
For the full Cathedral experience you would also be most welcome to join at 6.00pm for Evensong, when one of three choirs will calm and lift our spirits through the glory of the Anglican choral tradition.
