Coronavirus has had a big impact on everyone.
As we look to the future, we’d like to know more about the way you and your family have been affected and how it has changed things for you.
This information will help us as we work together with other organisations, and with residents and communities, to prevent the virus from spreading and keep Portsmouth safe, and to help the city look to a better, brighter future.
The survey is open until 4pm Friday 7 August 2020.
Portsmouth City Council is the Data Controller for the information you agree to provide in this survey.
