Coronavirus has had a big impact on everyone.

As we look to the future, we’d like to know more about the way you and your family have been affected and how it has changed things for you.
This information will help us as we work together with other organisations, and with residents and communities, to prevent the virus from spreading and keep Portsmouth safe, and to help the city look to a better, brighter future.

The survey is open until 4pm Friday 7 August 2020.

Portsmouth City Council is the Data Controller for the information you agree to provide in this survey. The data will only be used for the purposes of surveying Portsmouth residents and to inform future planning and service improvement following the COVID-19 outbreak. Your survey responses will be analysed by the council’s designated analysts and the results of that analysis will be shared with partner organisation who are members of the Local Resilience Forum, including the Portsmouth Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and neighbouring local authorities.  The survey results will not identify you as an individual. The survey responses will be stored securely by the council and will be destroyed when it is no longer required.
