This year’s AGM will be held on Tuesday 21 March 2023 at Beckett Hall, Cathedral House at 7.30 pm. Please see full notice details below. Thank you all for your continued support over the last year. We look forward to seeing everyone and catching up on community news and activities.
Of course, our AGM also provides a unique opportunity to hear a fascinating talk by this year’s speaker. We are delighted to welcome Ellie Parker and Tim Ferrero, Marine Officers with the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, who will be presenting an illustrated talk about the Solent Seagrass Project they are involved with.
The venue will be open from 7pm should you like to come along and mingle before AGM business commences. Please be aware — the Cathedral hall has a maximum capacity of 60 owing to government fire regulations, therefore attendance is strictly on a first come first served basis by fully paid-up FOOPA members. For security reasons, latecomers will not be admitted after 7.30pm because the front door of the building cannot be left open unattended.
Please see below draft minutes of 2022 AGM, to be approved on the night.
